HELPING YOU GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL
My job is to help you move, feel, and think like the best possible version of you. When that happens, you’ll also look better as your entire physiology syncs up.
Taller, Stronger, Leaner.
THE METHOD: I utilize a combination of movement therapy, stretching, and mindfulness techniques to create the workout that adapts to your body, maximizing results and minimizing strain. Once you learn the method and philosophy, I’ll teach you how to work out on the road, in your home, or at the office to keep up the benefits.
BENEFITS
Together, we’ll help you to:
- Get Long and Lean – Decompress your pelvic and shoulder girdle. Reconnect and develop the fascia, a vast system of tissue that connects your nerves, muscles and brain – a common source of pain.
- Gain Clarity – Create more headspace and uncover conflicting beliefs that are standing in the way of your fitness goals. Reveal your true motivations and use them to power your fitness regimen.
- Move without Pain – Learn to move your body efficiently. Reduce fatigue and eliminate the patterns of movement that cause chronic pain and stress on your joints.
- Up Your Game – If you’ve been doing sports, yoga, martial arts, dance, or any other myriad of practices for awhile and are looking for that next step forward, I can help you improve results and soar past your limits.

What to Expect
Every session at your choice of venue (home, gym, or office) starts with a sync up on your goals, issues, and what your current fitness regime is (if any). Each session lasts about an hour. Wear comfortable attire that will help ensure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. Props and a mat will be provided during the session. For maintenance, the trainer might suggest a peanut physiotherapy ball, a yoga mat, resistance bands and other props that you can use at home or in the office. Bring a water bottle and towel. You’ll leave with tips on how to continue to train at home or in the office.
